David has been driving digital transformation and innovation in financial services for over 25 years. As MD of Expansion & Partnerships at Billon Group, he levers Billon’s unique DLT enterprise solution(s) to redesign business processes for banks and corporate clients As part of his role, he secured the 1st UK FCA e-money license granted to a DLT company in the UK, and he leads partnerships with companies such as FIS. Prior to joining Billon, David was a former founding CEO of 3 successful digital banks in Europe (Inteligo, HSBC Premier in CEE, and Equa bank), the head of M&A at PZU, and a former McKinsey consultant in the USA and Europe. He graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
