BofA Securities Managing Director
Lorenzo Puce is a Managing Director in the EMEA Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America. Based in London, Lorenzo has client coverage and transaction execution responsibilities for a number of payment companies, banks, wealth managers and other financial services clients, with particular focus on the Italian market.
Prior to joining Bank of America in 2014, Lorenzo worked in the investment banking FIG teams of Goldman Sachs (2006-2014) and Credit Suisse (2005-2006) – during this period, he was involved in various significant transactions in the financial services industry for a number of clients across EMEA.
His most recent experience in the payment sector covers both M&A and capital markets transactions, including transactions such as: Nexi IPO (2019), the combination of Nexi with SIA and Nets (both deals announced in 2020)..
Lorenzo earned a degree at Bocconi University in Milan in 2005.
