BizDev is a strategic and operational consulting firm that leverages the expertise of its founders and senior partners, who have joined forces over the past two years, operating across multiple domains within the Payments and IoT ecosystems. We partner with Banks, Acquirers, Fintechs, and Payment & Banking System Integrators, as well as major clients in the Retail and Oil industries. Strategic Consulting We track market trends and analyze industry needs to guide our clients’ strategic decisions. We have the capability to support projects from inception to execution, designing effective go-to-market strategies alongside our clients. With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, we are able to define the best path to market—ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery across both regulatory and technological aspects. Operational Consulting We work with our clients to analyze and design processes and potential products that ensure the successful launch of planned services. We maintain strong relationships with leading partners and suppliers of payment devices and infrastructure. BizDev also manages the business development of Datecs, a fast-growing European OEM manufacturer specializing in mPOS and Android terminals. In addition, we are launching an innovative UPT solution for the Vending, Parking, and Kiosk sectors, as well as for the Transit industry. Technical Consulting, R&D & Project Management Through BizPlus S.r.l. and other group companies, we manage complex processes, from selecting technologies and hardware/software providers to delivering end-to-end Project Management for regulated initiatives. Leveraging in-house expertise and key partnerships, we have delivered several major projects in the Payments sector, including: Terminals: Developed and certified our own CB2 kernel, deployed on Datecs and other devices. We managed the full CB2 certification process for multiple products, including key management, TMS, and Secure Android Store. SIB Software Platform: By coordinating software development partners, we successfully built the complete core banking systems for two Payment Institutions, launching them into production with tens of thousands of active users.
