TeamSystem is a tech & AI company that develops digital platforms designed to enhance the competitiveness of businesses and professionals. The Group supports its clients in the digital transformation of their entire supply chain through a comprehensive and integrated range of innovative technologies -based on AI, SaaS and cloud- to manage and evolve internal processes, strengthen collaboration across their business ecosystem, and foster both growth and operational efficiency at every stage of the value chain. TeamSystem operates in Italy and abroad, closing 2025 with revenues of EUR 1.15 billion, up 14% year on year, and a team of over 6,000 employees serving around 3.1 million customers using its proprietary cloud-based digital platforms. The entry into the Fintech sector in 2020 is a further piece of TeamSystem’s strategy, which has as one of its priority guidelines supporting the competitiveness of businesses and professionals along their journey of digitalizing their value chain. TeamSystem Payments is the Group’s payment institution, authorized by the Bank of Italy in May 2020 to operate as a financial intermediary providing payment services, from collection services to the execution of payment orders (PIS) and account information (AIS). TS Pay is the platform for digital collection and payment services provided by TeamSystem Payments and integrated into TeamSystem’s software solutions. It is a solution designed to bring open banking to the service of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises, enabling digital payments and automating the entire operational process linked to invoice collection.
