Bianca de Teffé Erb is a Cyber Risk and Data Ethics Senior Manager at Deloitte responsible to promote, sell and manage cyber security and data protection projects with multinational cross-industry clients.
Bianca was ranked within the Top 20 under 30 list of Forbes Italia Magazine in 2018, listed as #1 professional for the Enterprise Technology category.
Bianca is leading the Data Ethics practice in Deloitte applicable to new innovative technologies (e.g. AI) along with the Cyber Compliance & Certification capabilities.
She is the Diversity & Inclusion and Ethics Ambassador for Deloitte Risk Advisory ensuring equality and fairness, guaranteeing better balance and wider diversity by promoting initiatives, activities, develop new strategies and report to the Deloitte D&I Ethics Leader on the full inclusive culture status
Bianca is part of the Deloitte EMEA Women in Cyber and local Italian Women in Tech groups, participating and organizing local initiatives to sponsor females in the tech and Cyber areas. She was a team member responsible to organize the first Deloitte Italy “Women in Security” event that was hosted in 2019 CEO level guests and Italian government representatives.
